Daniel Watson
Managing Director, Europe & Americas
Mr. Watson has spent most of his career in senior managerial roles within the financial and real estate sectors. He has worked across Europe and the Americas, namely Panama, Peru and Brazil. Mr. Watson holds an MBA from Henley Business School in the United Kingdom.
Marc Grosjean
Managing Director, Africa & Middle East
Mr. Grosjean has more than 20 years of experience across business consultancy, private wealth management and financial advisory. He has operated several successful consultancy teams across the Middle East and North Africa. His strong regional network provides the company with regional accessibility and insight.
Leo van Egeraat
Managing Director, Asia
Mr. van Egeraat is a Dutch national with over 30 years of experience in senior management roles. He has spent over 10 years within the agriculture and agricultural related industries. He is currently acting CEO and serves as the regional head of Asia. He holds a Masters of Economics from the University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
Philip Graham
Chief Research & Strategy Officer
Mr. Graham provides unique insight and a global perspective on the Company’s developments and consultancy projects. He has worked across the financial and agricultural industries. A specialist in emerging markets and research analysis, he has worked in the financial hubs of London, Hong Kong, Singapore and Tokyo.
Katherine Ann Israel
Chief Operating Officer
Katherine has over 15 years of experience managing international real estate and agricultural projects across the Middle East and Asia. She brings with her extensive knowledge on a variety of primary and ancillary project necessities including company formation, regulations, project implementation, staffing and operations.
Alfred Amorganda III
Agriculturist, Director
Mr. Amorganda is an experienced agriculturalist with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Silliman University in the Philippines. He has a passion for agriculture and has experience working with a wide variety of agricultural crops. Currently based in the Philippines he oversees the day to day operations of our mango development.
